Break Barriers. Lead Boldly. Leave a Legacy.
Leadership coaching for women ready to strengthen their confidence, embrace their purpose, and become transformational leaders in their homes, careers, communities, and faith.
I’m Rosa Ore — Leadership and Conflict Resolution Coach, educator, daughter of immigrants, and a woman who spent decades learning that purpose doesn’t wait for the perfect moment. It calls you.
And when it called me, I answered.
Where I come from
I grew up watching my parents do what immigrants do — work harder than anyone, sacrifice more than most, and build something from nothing. They didn’t have a roadmap. They had faith, grit, and the belief that the next generation would go further.
I was that next generation. And I took it seriously.
As a 2nd-generation Latina, I navigated spaces that weren’t always designed for women who looked like me, spoke like me, or came from where I came from. I learned early that leadership isn’t handed to you. You grow into it — one hard conversation, one courageous decision, one season of growth at a time.
“I didn’t just study leadership. I lived it — through every barrier, every breakthrough, and every moment I chose to keep going anyway.”
25+ years of leading, teaching, and building
Over the past two and a half decades, I’ve served as an educator, administrator, and leadership developer. I hold a Master’s degree in Latino American & Caribbean Studies, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of education, culture, and human potential.
I’ve navigated high-stakes conflict, managed teams, mentored emerging leaders, and sat in rooms where my presence alone was a statement. I know what it costs to lead — and I know what it builds in you when you do it anyway.

Why I Coach Women
There came a moment — not dramatic, but clear — when I knew my experiences weren’t just mine to keep. The leadership lessons, the hard-won wisdom, the understanding of what it means to stand in your authority as a woman, as a Latina, as someone who carries both a heritage and a calling — all of it was meant to be poured into others.
That’s when Latina Leaders, Inc. was born.
Today, I coach women from all walks of life — in the boardroom, in ministry, in education, in entrepreneurship, and in the beautiful, complicated in-between. My work is grounded in the conviction that every woman is built for more than she has allowed herself to believe. And that the world needs her to step into it.
“You were not created to shrink. You were created to lead — and the world needs what only you can bring.”

What guides this work
Purpose-driven leadership. Great leadership starts from within — from knowing who you are, why you’re here, and what you’re building.
Culturally grounded wisdom. Your identity is not a barrier to your leadership. It is the very thing that makes your leadership irreplaceable.
Courageous conversations. Growth lives on the other side of the hard conversations — with others, and with yourself.
Legacy over achievement. Success is personal. Legacy is generational. We build both here.
If something in you just said "yes" — that's your sign.
You don’t need more credentials. You don’t need the perfect timing. You need a guide who has walked the road and will walk it with you.
Let’s start with a conversation.
