Whether you’re a CEO or an individual contributor wanting to take control of your own professional development or a leader in your community looking for ways to give your team additional growth opportunities, this powerful mentorship program is designed to create a clear path for all women seeking personal growth and leadership advancement.
The purpose of this mentoring program is to introduce women to a new perspective of leadership and empower them to rise up and take their place as a leader. The lessons were created to teach women to be strong leaders who honor God in their homes, jobs, ministries and businesses because leadership is recognizing that we are influencers, visionaries and world changers.
WEEK 1
Introduction of program
This first session is for orientation and introductions. Mentees are given a syllabus of the 8 week Mentoring program and expectations are reviewed.
WEEK 2
Power of Your Words
There is power in our words and how we talk about ourselves. What do you say about yourself and how do you allow others to label you?
WEEK 3
What is a Leader?
Mentees will search out the definition of a Leader and identify barriers such as cultural and societal factors that have prevented women from seeing themselves as a Leader.
WEEK 4
Leaders have Power & Abilities
What abilities do leaders possess? Leaders have talents, skills and proficiencies that need to be acknowledged and sharpened. Our communities are waiting for leaders like you to take your place and use your gifts to bless others.
WEEK 5
Leaders are Influencers
Leaders are influencers, but who are you influencing? How are you influencing others? Are you being a positive or negative influence over others? These are all very important questions that every leaders needs to be able to answer clearly.
WEEK 6
Leaders Produce Leaders
Leaders motivate, inspire and impact others with their gifts and talents to be great leaders as well. We were called to serve and help others.
WEEK 7
Leaders Take Action
Leaders take action and find and join organizations, associations or groups that are in alignment with their business, calling and purpose as a leader. Leaders take action and start organizations, movements and businesses that will build them up and their followers.
WEEK 8
Leaders Leave A Legacy
What are you going to pass on to the next generation? You have a treasure within you that it is valuable and can save a life. By the end of this program, you will have identified the gifts you possess and how you can use them to bless the next generation.
This mentoring program has been designed to accommodate the changes we’ve seen in the working world over the past couple years – especially in these three key areas:

This program offers a mentor guided personal and group experience. It is an eight-week plan filled with group discussions, self-reflection, research, and targeted reading recommendations.
