There is power in our words and how we talk about ourselves. Learn how to use the power of words to transform your life and the life of others.
WEEK 3
What is a Leader?
Define what is a Leader and identify barriers such as cultural and societal factors that have prevented women from seeing themselves as a Leader.
WEEK 4
Leaders are Talented
Leaders have talents, skills and proficiencies that need to be sharpened. People are waiting for leaders like you to take your place and use your gifts to bless others.
WEEK 5
Leaders are Influencers
Leaders are influencers, but who are you influencing? How are you influencing others? Are you being a positive or negative influence over others? These are all very important questions that every leaders needs to be able to answer clearly.
WEEK 6
Leaders Produce Leaders
Leaders use their gifts and talents to motivate, inspire and impact others to be great leaders. We are called to serve others and lead them to find their purpose and reach their full potential. Leaders leave a strong legacy by empowering others to fulfill their calling.
WEEK 7
Leaders Take Action
Leaders take action and find and join organizations, associations or groups that are in alignment with their business, calling and purpose as a leader. Leaders take action and start organizations, movements and businesses that will build them up and their followers.
WEEK 8
Leaders Leave A Legacy
What are you going to pass on to the next generation? You have a treasure within you that it is valuable and can save a life. By the end of this program, you will have identified the gifts you possess and how you can use them to bless the next generation by leaving a legacy of power.
