I am a Leadership and Conflict Resolution Coach for women who are ready to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Why I do This Work
As a 2nd-generation Latina immigrant, educator, and leader, I’ve walked the tension between cultural expectations, professional ambition, and a deep sense of purpose. I know what it feels like to wonder if you belong at the table — and I know what’s possible when you decide you do.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked in education, administration, and leadership development. Today, I channel every one of those experiences — along with the wisdom and values that have guided my own life — into coaching women like you.
My approach is practical, personal, and rooted in the belief that great leadership starts from the inside out.
